Notice to Prospective Students: Concordia University Texas is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Commission on Colleges, to award degrees at the Associate, Baccalaureate and Masters levels. Due to recent Department of Education regulations, schools offering fully online programs and courses in states in which they have students residing must register with the state. This will be a requirement by July 1, 2014. The CTX Online Center will continue to monitor the state laws in each state in which it enrolls students due to the new regulations set forth by the Department of Education. If a specific registration procedure and authorization becomes necessary, Concordia University Texas will obtain the necessary approvals. At this point, many states do not require specific approval or registration for their residents to enroll in an online program. If you have questions about the distance education approval process, please visit your state’s department of education Website to learn more.
